Birthday Party Spectacular!

Saanich Neighbourhood Place is now hosting birthday parties! Our parties are for children 5 years of age and under and can accommodate up to 10 children. Our toys and equipment are suitable for young children; therefore play occurs freely and safely. We currently have 3 different party packages that we offer to make your birthday party a success:

Hosted Parties:
Our hosted parties are broken up by age, but essentially include the same things. They are both for 10 children or less and include a party leader, decorations, colourful tableware, toys and equipment for young children, and lots of fun! Our party leader will lead the children through transition times and age-appropriate activities. Of course we also recommend that parents and caregivers of children who are uncomfortable staying alone stay with their children and enjoy the party! We do not provide any food, goody bags, or disposable tableware for the party, but you are welcome to bring whatever you think will make your Birthday Party Spectacular!

1-2 year-old Hosted party: $80.00
There will be plenty of time for free-play in your 90 minute 1-2 year old party. Our party leader will plan and set-up activities (crafts, playdoh,etc.) and is here to help with transition times (free play to cake, etc.). We are here to support you in making sure all the details of your party are covered.

3-5 year-old Hosted party: $100.00
Children in this age group are beginning to enjoy more structured games and activities. Our party leader will be busy helping children transition from one activity to the next while also making time for free play during your 2 hour party.

Non-Hosted Parties: $80.00
A non-hosted party gives you the option of simply renting our space and toys while hosting your own party. Our party leader will still be on-site to help with any questions and to set-up toys, but will not be involved in leading the party, providing activities, or cleaning up. For a non-hosted party, you are free to use our toys, equipment, and re-usable tableware but we will not provide decorations or craft supplies. A non-hosted party is 2 hours long with the option of adding more time if you need it for decorating.
