Best Babies Day
Pregnancy until 6 months post-partum
Tuesdays 10:00am-2:00pm

Our Best Babies Day begins with a support and information group for parents of babies under 6 months old. We cover a variety of topics in a relaxed and fun environment. Some of the topics include, infant feeding, crying, nutrition, health, relationships, self-care, infant development, car seats, etc.

Lunch is offered after the group between 11:30 and 12:30. There will be a public health nurse, nutritionist and outreach worker available.

At 12:30 our prenatal group begins. We cover a variety of topics around pre and post-natal care, plus you'll get an opportunity to meet other pregnant women!

Baby Talk (A VIHA program)

Tuesdays 2:00-3:30 p.m.

Baby Talk is a postpartum group facilitated by a Public Health Nurse that provides infant and maternal health and wellness education. Baby Talk is a drop-in group and topics pertain mostly to new parents of infants under 9 months. Phone 744-5100 for topics or other information.
